LIMITED LIABILITY

When you place an order with us you are also accepting our disclaimer and our limited liability with respect to any lost or damaged articles manufactured from cotton or synthetic, man-made materials that shall not exceed 10 times our charge for processing that article. You are also accepting our release forms, disclaimers and limited liability for natural materials. We assume no liability whatsoever for the loss or damage, such as shrinking, fading, blemishing, wearing, tearing, discoloration or stretching of articles manufactured from natural materials – including but not limited to – wool, silk, linen, hides such as leather and suede, or any other kind of animal or plant-based fabric except for cotton.

DISCLAIMER – GARMENT CARE

By placing an order with OneClick Cleaners you acknowledge that there is no one optimal recommend a way to clean or restore natural or synthetic fabrics and that all decisions made by us are at our discretion and are final. Furthermore, while we exercise utmost care in processing articles entrusted to us and use such processes which, in our opinion, are best suited to the nature and condition of each individual article, the behavior of fabrics made from natural materials is unpredictable during washing, wet cleaning, dry cleaning or any other process the purpose of which is to clean or restore articles of clothing, handbags, shoes or any other article made of such materials. We cannot assume responsibility for inherent weaknesses of or defects in materials that are not readily apparent prior to processing. This applies particularly, but not exclusively, to natural materials such as suedes, leathers, silks, linens and so on, but also includes satins, double-faced fabrics, vinyl, polyurethanes and other synthetic materials. Responsibility also is disclaimed for trimmings, buckles, beads, buttons, bells and sequins and any other decorative aspect of the article that is submitted to us.

REPLACEMENT COSTS

Replacement costs up to $100 require only proof of damage, such as physical inspection, or photographic evidence. If the replacement costs exceed $100 then our standard form must be completed and submitted with receipts or other proof of purchase such as credit card billing, as well as the foregoing.

ITEM COUNT

With wash and fold garments and other articles, we are not responsible for any items in the wash and fold service as the items are aggregated and processed by weight, not by garment count, and as such these items are not inspected, therefore we will not be responsible for any claims, including shrinkage, discoloring, runs, rips, tears, or any other damage. This also includes any items claimed loss or missing. Note also that at OneClick Cleaners, as a mobile pickup & delivery service, laundry and dry cleaning items are not counted at the time of pickup, or until they are logged in individually at our facility. As such our internal count is determined to be the accepted and final item count. OneClick Cleaners will not be held liable for any items claimed sent, missing or damaged. OneClick Cleaners is not responsible for any item claimed lost or stolen from designated drop-off or delivery areas. At OneClick Cleaners, you have the ability to track all activity online or with your Smartphone by logging into your account with your email address and password. If you do not have an email address and password setup and would like to receive pickup & delivery as well as item and payment notifications, please contact your local franchise and they will be happy to assist you.

UNCLAIMED ITEMS

We are not responsible for unclaimed items. For garments not picked up, or if we are unable to complete a delivery due to no fault of OneClick Cleaners within 30 days, a storage fee may apply. Any garment not picked up or that remains undeliverable after six months may be donated to charity. All unclaimed articles will be handled in accordance with state regulations.
PAYMENT: We accept credit cards. We do not normally accept checks of any kind with the exception of payment from larger commercial accounts. OneClick Cleaners does not accept cash. Visitors are reminded that they are personally responsible for their bill as we are an outside service and your hotel room is never charged by OneClick Cleaners.

SOCIAL MEDIA OR ANY OTHER PUBLIC FORUM

Upon placing an order with OneClick Cleaners you agree not to post any pictures, comments, statements or any other form of discourse without prior consent.

ARBITRATION

In the case of any disagreement, you agree to reach an agreement through arbitration. You agree to pay any legal fees associated with any and all disputes.

0-12 hours after delivery: $0
13-24 hours after delivery: $5
25-48 hours after delivery: $25
48+ hours after delivery: $50

CANCELLATION FEES

Before pick-up: $0
After pick-up: $75 (pick-up fee $25; delivery fee $25; service fee $25)
Failed delivery: $25

NOTE. OneClick Cleaners takes fraud seriously. This statement takes precedence and supersedes any such previous statements made by or on behalf of OneClick Cleaners.
